As a staff member in home care, you are an important part of our users' lives. You provide support in everyday activities, from personal hygiene and social interaction to activities and accompaniment. You also have delegated health and medical care tasks based on the user's needs. 🌟 You will: - Be a designated care contact. - Assist with household chores such as cleaning, meals, and laundry. - Support users with weekly shopping via iPad. 📅 Working hours: Day, evening, and every other weekend. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone who is confident and has a genuine interest in people. You have the ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your work and contributing to the development of the organization by taking your own initiatives. Collaboration skills and empathy are important traits, as you will have daily contact with our users and their relatives. To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following requirements: - Educated care assistant. - Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. - Good computer skills. - A valid driver's license or the ability to cycle. It is advantageous if you: - Are an educated nursing assistant. - Can provide proof of a protected professional title or a certificate of employment confirming that you were permanently employed with the title of nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023. - Have previous experience in care and support. - Have experience with social documentation. - Can present a VOC diploma.
