As a sales-focused store manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales forward. You'll be responsible for the store's daily operations, lead the team towards set goals – and be at the forefront on the sales floor. You're passionate about selling, coaching your team, and creating a world-class customer experience!
We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience as a store manager, team leader, or similar role, preferably in retail or service
• Is a top-performing salesperson who delivers sales, service, and results
• Is skilled at customer interactions and wants to provide our customers with an exceptional experience
• Leads their team to success and achieves set goals

Today, IDUNA is represented across Sweden through Guldfynd with 118 stores, Hallbergs Guld with 34 stores, and Albrekts Guld with 38 stores. Since 2015, Lyxxa at Väla Helsingborg has also been part of the group.

The group's Finnish operations consist of Kultajousi with 71 stores, and Westerback and Alexander Tillander with one store each.
