JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
What can you expect when working as a dentist with us? Your work will be varied, developing, and enjoyable thanks to a diverse patient group. You will meet patients of all ages and with different dental care needs, which provides an opportunity to use and develop your full competence as a general dentist.

-Comprehensive introduction providing insight into our organization and an opportunity to meet other new employees.
-Operations-specific introduction helping you get oriented at the clinic, get to know your colleagues, and answer practical questions. If you are newly graduated, you will receive guidance from an experienced colleague, using a shared checklist for clinical introduction. We know the transition from school to working life can be significant, and we want to ensure you feel comfortable with all aspects of your clinical daily work. We are a large clinic, which means there is always someone available to consult on-site. In the same premises as our Ljungby clinic, specialist dental services are also conducted, and there are often opportunities to consult or discuss when specialist dentists are present.

We aim to offer our patients good accessibility, so the clinic is open Monday-Thursday between 7 AM-7 PM and Fridays 7 AM-3:30 PM. This arrangement means we work in shifts with teams rotating in treatment rooms. The work time model is highly appreciated as it reduces stress, partly due to clearly allocated administrative healthcare time. You'll work in excellent treatment rooms with modern equipment and technology.
Since we have operations in both Ljungby and Lagan, you might work at both clinics.
In this recruitment, we apply rolling selection, which means the position can be filled before the application deadline.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek candidates with Swedish dental authorization, with or without previous professional experience. You have a passionate commitment to dentistry, place great importance on dental quality, and are interested in helping us develop the operation while developing yourself. We seek someone with a positive basic attitude who contributes to our good clinic atmosphere.

All general dentists employed by Public Dental Care Kronoberg with at least two years of work experience are part of our full-day weekend service. This means working an average of three Saturdays/Sundays or full days per year. A special agreement exists for weekend service compensation.
