**About Us**
The Staffing Service is Sahlgrenska University Hospital's internal resource organization.
We recruit and are responsible for all hourly staff within Sahlgrenska University Hospital. Our mission is to staff the healthcare wards with engaged and competent personnel during urgent short-term absences. As an hourly employee at the Staffing Service, you have the opportunity to work across multiple departments within our operations at Sahlgrenska Hospital, Östra Hospital, Mölndal Hospital, Högsbo Hospital, and Rågården.
**What Do We Offer?**
As a caregiver, you will be involved in psychiatric care, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with severe mental health issues. You will eventually have the opportunity to work across our psychiatric specialties: Addiction, Psychosis, Affective Disorders, Neuropsychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry.
Using our booking system, TimeCare Pool, you will be scheduled for shifts based on your own availability, allowing you to dictate when you can work. We are now offering hourly employment where the employee must be able to work at least 4 shifts per month.
**Who Are We Looking For?**
You are a trained caregiver or nursing assistant with at least one year of experience in psychiatric care,
or
You have completed the third semester of the nursing program or the fifth semester of the medical program (GU), or the sixth semester at another institution, and have experience in psychiatric care.
To process your application as swiftly as possible, we would appreciate it if you attach a certificate or diploma from an accredited educational program.
You can communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are an advantage.
You should be service-oriented and flexible. You have a genuine interest in people and feel a strong commitment to your work. Since you will have the opportunity to work across several areas, you need to be a good team player with an open-minded approach to new environments and workgroups. You should be independent and confident in your professional role, calm and receptive in your demeanor, maintaining clear boundaries in your decision-making.
Personal suitability is of great importance.
