About the role:
As a Sales Security Expert at Verisure, you will meet our customers in their homes and provide first-class security advice and service. You will be responsible for the installation and setup of our modern alarm systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure that the alarms function optimally and meet all security standards. An important part of your role is also to engage in upselling, identifying and offering complementary products and services to meet customers’ overall needs and enhance their security solutions. In addition to installation and consulting, you will work closely with our customers to ensure that they always feel secure and satisfied with their security solutions. Your contribution is significant, and you play an important role in creating peace of mind for our customers every day.
The position is full-time with an 8-hour workday, with varying hours between 07:00 and 18:00.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a B driving license
* Speaks and writes fluent Swedish (additional languages are an asset)
* Has no adverse remarks in the criminal record
* Has a strong customer focus and high integrity
* Is goal-oriented and enjoys working towards clear objectives
