We are now seeking a Planning Manager who also works directly with our customers!

About the Role
The Planning Manager works closely with the operations manager based on current objectives, strategies, and guidelines.
This exciting position involves daily planning and follow-up of home care and household services, and also working directly with customers when needed. The role requires good operational understanding and daily work at the detail level. You will work on continuous improvement, which briefly means performing work in a resource-optimized and efficient manner, from order to execution, with a focus on the customer.
Your responsibilities include:
• Staff scheduling, management, and follow-up
• Coaching and following up on staff to achieve goals and create good workplace satisfaction
• Working in various systems for planning, key performance indicators, invoicing, and orders
• External and internal contacts
• Participating in systematic quality and work environment efforts
Your Qualifications
• Vocational college degree, such as service-oriented care and support planning
• Coordinator with leadership responsibilities or other relevant education/experience
• Good computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish
• Valid driver's license (B-class)
Merits
• Previous work in home care or other service roles in coordination or planning
• Experience with IntraPhone planning system
• Experience with Medvind scheduling system
• Good knowledge of work time regulations
Employment Terms
Permanent position with 6-month probationary period
Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM-3:45 PM
Immediate start or as agreed
