You have good physical fitness, a driver's license, and can tolerate pets. Previous experience in the profession and shared interests such as horses, pool training, and outdoor activities are merits. But most importantly, you are who you are as a person and your qualities! About the Main Person You will get to know an amazing 18-year-old girl who needs support and help in daily life. You will become her enabler to an independent and rich life. About the Position The position is flexible and varied, perfect if you are studying or want an extra occupation. Work shifts vary in the afternoon, evening, and weekend. Opportunity to work 1-2 nights per week (active supervision). During school holidays, daytime shifts are possible. The employment form is permanent as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the position is approximately 50%, which can increase to 80% if you are willing to work more nights.
