Location Planner - Stockholm Municipality
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Location Planner for a government client in Stockholm. This full-time assignment is expected to start on 2026-01-26 and continue through 2028-01-27, with potential extension.
About the Role
The position involves a management role focusing on location planning related to property portfolio and spatial needs within the organization. This is a strategic recruitment aimed at developing the ability to effectively coordinate and optimize overall location requirements. The role will contribute to ensuring long-term, sustainable, and cost-effective resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for establishing and revising location supply plans
• Supporting the organization in formulating spatial and operational needs
• Managing annual leasing processes, including terminations, renegotiations, and new lease agreements
• Ensuring efficient and quality-assured space utilization through coordinated location planning
• Preparing decision-making documentation, including economic analyses according to location supply plans
• Coordinating with property managers and business managers regarding ongoing maintenance and location investments
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders regarding organizational space requirements
• Demonstrating long-term space needs in management and development plans
• Participating in or supporting projects and procurements
• Acting as owner representative for all internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of commercial management experience or 4 years as a property manager with commercial space responsibilities
• Minimum 4 years of property knowledge, especially regarding Swedish tenancy law
• Post-secondary education in property management or equivalent
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public sector
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Proficiency with computer skills and Microsoft Office programs
