We Are Seeking a Writing Star to Shape Future Education
Do you want to combine writing, analysis, business relationships, and societal benefit? At Elevera Education Group, we are now looking for a new colleague in our development team – a team focused on creating strong educational applications for new vocational higher education programs.
Your work will directly impact which educational programs become a reality and, consequently, skills provision in Sweden. This position is located at our office in Malmö.
About the Role
In this role, you will combine analytical writing with active and relationship-building work with the business sector. You will become part of Elevera's development team and application process, mapping industry needs, engaging in dialogue with companies and employers, collecting facts, and authoring comprehensive applications based on clear societal benefit and strong workplace anchoring. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the entire application process for MYH – from needs analysis to completed educational application.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop strategically strong and well-written educational applications for MYH
• Map industry competence needs through needs analyses, interviews, and workplace dialogue
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, experts, and industry organizations
• Author the workplace-anchored sections of applications
• Stay updated on regulations and assessment criteria from MYH
• Collaborate with internal contacts at Elevera
We Are Seeking Someone Who
• Is highly skilled at writing – able to formulate clear, convincing, and well-structured texts
• Is an excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing
• Enjoys building relationships and driving dialogues with various workplace actors
• Has strong analytical abilities and easily absorbs facts, data, and statistics
• Can formulate persuasive texts from a clear societal perspective
• Preferably has knowledge of labor market issues and vocational education
• Has experience writing reports, applications, or other qualified text production
