Your Responsibilities As an inside sales representative at Skanska, you will work in a team with individuals located in different areas within the region (Dalarna-Haparanda), some of whom are based here in Örnsköldsvik. The main responsibilities include supporting customers and drivers, receiving orders for gravel and asphalt, establishing and following up on contracts, as well as answering inquiries that come in via phone and email. Over time, you will also be responsible for invoicing. Your Profile You will play a crucial role in building long-term customer relationships, which is why it is important that you have strong communication skills, both via telephone and email. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, and proficiency in English is an asset. It is essential that you can work both independently and as part of a team, have a structured approach to your work, and are resilient under stress as this is an industry that can experience very high order volumes at times. Additional Information The need is ongoing, and you will initially be employed by us at Konsultia but assigned to Skanska at 100%. Working hours are during the day, alternating weeks from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM and the following week from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
