Mark & Miljö in Ljungby is now seeking a new team member for our rental operations who wants to join us on our JOURNEY. About the Position As a team member in our rental operations, you'll have a broad role with a lot of personal responsibility. You'll be the central hub ensuring our customers get the right machines, tools, and equipment – at the right time and in top condition. Your Primary Responsibilities Include: • Planning, coordination, and follow-up of rental operations • Participation in purchasing machines, tools, and accessories • Workshop service and basic repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and our facilities • Field service mechanic • Invoicing, administrative tasks, and financial follow-up • Partial transportation management of our two trucks • Customer contact and service – during rental, return, and consulting • Preparation and functional testing of equipment before rental • Equipment incoming and outgoing deliveries • Machine handling and operation • Maintaining order in workshop, warehouse, and yard • Material handling on properties - sand, soil, fill, asphalt, etc. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a role with both practical and administrative tasks. You enjoy juggling multiple responsibilities and appreciate that no two days are the same. At the same time, you also like creating structure in your work. You likely have experience in machine rental, workshop, transportation management, or similar operations – but most importantly, you have drive, a sense of responsibility, and want to grow with us. We believe you have: • Experience with similar tasks or industry • Good computer skills and basic financial understanding • Minimum BE driver's license • Strong communication skills and genuine service mindset • Experience with machine service, vehicles, tools, or similar technical work • A solution-oriented and meticulous work approach It's a plus if you also have: • Machine operation experience • Truck driving experience and C/CE license with YKB • Forklift, crane, lift, or other relevant certifications • Background in construction, civil engineering, or similar industry We Offer A varied and independent job in a company with short decision-making paths, committed colleagues, and a strong team spirit.
