We are now seeking a Customer Service Representative in Danish In this role, you will provide professional support to our customers, primarily in Danish and Swedish. You will answer questions via phone and email, help with information about products, services, and invoices, and ensure each customer has a positive experience. You will also work in our systems to register and follow up on cases, and collaborate with other departments to find the best solutions for customers. We are looking for someone with excellent Danish and Swedish skills, both spoken and written, as well as good English. You have at least a high school education and enjoy a role where you can communicate, solve problems, and make a difference for others. Previous experience in customer service, consulting, retail, or other service professions is meritorious, but the most important thing is having the right attitude and willingness to provide the best possible service. We believe you are engaged, responsible, and detail-oriented. You enjoy interacting with people, are solution-oriented, and quickly adapt to routines and systems. The position is hourly-based with start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of 142 SEK in accordance with current collective agreement.
