About the role The role is a central part of the marketing team, focusing on strengthening Proteinbolaget – and internationally Proteincompany – as a destination. We are looking for a self-motivated and creative individual who is passionate about training, health, content, social media, and events. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for our content and community – both digitally and at physical activities such as events, pop-ups, and training activations. You will work closely with the entire team and be involved in everything from strategy and planning to creation, activation, and follow-up. You will be the hub of our organic marketing and a key person in building Proteinbolaget / Proteincompany into the Nordic region's most inspiring health destination – both online and offline. Your mission: • Develop and drive a strategic and tactical content plan that connects Proteinbolaget’s communication throughout the customer journey. • Create inspiring and engaging content for our social media and performance marketing advertising. • Build and activate the community through dialogue, relationships, events, and engaging initiatives. • Plan and execute smaller customer- and training-related events that strengthen the brand and community. • Develop storytelling and content that elevates Proteinbolaget as a brand and destination. • Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers, and customers to create authentic UGC. • Track and analyze performance and engagement in our channels. • Ensure that our content is perceived as genuine, inclusive, and relevant to more target groups. You will report to the Head of Marketing. Your main responsibilities: • Plan, create, and publish content for Proteinbolaget's social media, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. • Analyze target groups and behaviors to optimize channel selection, formats, and timing. • Produce simple content such as mobile videos, reels, copy, and UGC – and also be in front of the camera when it enhances our presence in the channels. • Collaborate with external consultants for video production and UGC material for paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. • Participate in planning, coordinating, and executing events and community activities. • Explore new trends, tools, and formats for community and content production. • Ensure that all content and events adhere to our visual identity and strengthen the brand. Your profile: • 3–5 years of experience in social media, content, or community marketing. • Genuine interest in training, health, and digital communication. • Strong sense of storytelling, tone, and brand building. • Understands how organic content interacts with paid and owned channels. • Experience in producing content for social media and e-commerce. • Familiar with planning, creating, and following up on campaigns, community activities, and events. • Energetic, inspiring, and confident in motivating both colleagues and the community. • Independent, structured, and creative with the ability to switch between strategy and execution. • Positive, curious, and unafraid to try new things. • University degree in marketing, communication, or media.
