Your Role We are looking for a senior leader for our project office responsible for project management of industrialization projects and operational projects, portfolio and resource management, as well as support processes such as risk management. As the leader of the project office, you will play a central role in ensuring that future products are developed and industrialized correctly. The role involves balancing operational needs with strategic issues related to our growth journey, in close collaboration with other functions within Saab. You will lead a team of project managers in both Linköping and Karlskoga and will be part of the management team for the production unit, where you will contribute to strategic decisions and long-term organizational development. The position is based in Linköping or Karlskoga, depending on your home base. Travel may be required as part of the job. Your Profile We are seeking an experienced and confident leader with a background in project management or project offices within the manufacturing industry. You have a solid understanding of industrialization and production flows and know how the organization needs to develop to meet tomorrow's demands. Through a present and coaching leadership style, you create direction and the conditions for both project managers and the project organization to succeed. With your strategic perspective, you can navigate complex project environments, prioritize resources, and drive change or modernization of work methods. You build structure and clarity even when circumstances change and ensure that the organization maintains pace, focus, and engagement. You are communicative, relationship-oriented, and accustomed to collaborating in management teams. You have documented leadership experience, have led larger operational or industrialization projects, and thrive in an environment characterized by growth and transformation.
