About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a construction administrator within the energy and electrical engineering industry in Karlskrona. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on November 1, 2025, and continue until November 1, 2026.

About the assignment

The project involves the construction of new buildings as part of an ongoing expansion in Karlskrona, where additional production facilities and a new tower are being built for the manufacture of high-voltage cables.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the establishment of purchase orders in the system
  • Budget monitoring
  • Managing ongoing invoicing issues
  • Documentation and monitoring of gate processes
  • Following up on purchases and subcontractors
  • Monthly follow-up of logistics documentation
  • Monitoring of change orders (ÄTA works) and ensuring complete documentation
  • Tracking schedules and payment plans

About you

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

  • A university degree in civil engineering
  • Experience as a project/contract engineer from larger construction projects.
