About this role

Then you could be our next Account Manager! About the Role As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in developing business and relationships with new and existing corporate customers. You will be responsible for a segment that includes small corporate clients across various industries, guiding them from the first contact all the way to the agreement and follow-up. This role will heavily focus on prospecting new customers, as our ambition is to grow, but you will also take over several existing clients and work on nurturing and developing the relationships with them. The tasks are varied, and you will work both operationally and strategically to identify new business opportunities. With curiosity and high activity, you will meet new and existing customers in physical and digital meetings, via phone and email. You will address the customers' entire energy needs with a focus on electricity trading, while also including district heating, fiber, and charging solutions in our product and service portfolio. Participating in fairs, customer meetings, and other corporate activities will be a key part of your work. You will be part of a wonderful sales team that shares interests and commitments to doing business together. You will have great freedom and responsibility in your work, always with the team close at hand. Who are you? You have a strong business drive and enjoy building relationships and networks, both internally and externally. You are motivated by seeing results through profitable deals that benefit both Kalmar Energi and the customer. The energy industry is constantly changing, which requires you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be curious and positive about development. You, our candidate, have at least a high school education and several years of experience in sales, preferably B2B. You are IT savvy and communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A valid driver's license (B category) is required. Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
