The job can be physically demanding and involves the manufacturing of customer-specific products in metal. Your job responsibilities will include most tasks related to manufacturing, with an emphasis on sawing and cutting beams and rods. Working hours are during the day. Background and Personal Qualities We are seeking a person with the right attitude, a self-motivated and responsible individual who sees what needs to be done and takes action. You are loyal, meticulous, and reliable, and you understand the importance of always delivering high quality in your work. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: • At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing metal industry • Forklift license • Good knowledge of reading technical drawings • Experience in assembly • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently If you have experience as, for example, a farmer or have run your own business, we consider this a significant advantage, as such experiences often involve a natural ability to solve problems and take responsibility.
