About the Role In the role of energy optimizer at Älvstranden Utveckling, you will play a crucial role in making our unique properties more energy-efficient. Typical Responsibilities Include: - Identifying and addressing faults and deficiencies in existing installations from an energy perspective. - Optimizing installations based on operational needs in consultation with the Operations organization. - Preparing and executing improvement proposals and small energy projects together with project managers. - Compiling and analyzing energy data at a detailed level. - Handling cases related to indoor climate and conducting in-depth analyses. - Developing energy and operational strategies for managed properties. - Supporting various projects by providing data and advice on energy issues, including new construction and renovation projects, as well as energy declarations and energy surveys. - Participating in budget and forecasting work for media usage. - Performing monthly reporting of meter readings, bookings, and invoicing of media. Qualifications It is important that you are a communicative and service-oriented person who understands the importance of careful and systematic work. You will be part of the Real Estate Department and specifically the Operations Unit. Your work will require a high degree of service and adaptability to constantly changing working conditions. The following points describe you: - Educated energy engineer, alternatively trained operations technician with a strong interest and knowledge in the energy field. - B driver's license. - Good computer skills. - Experienced in administrative tasks such as documentation, invoicing, and similar. - You communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish. - Strong collaborative skills where you value sharing knowledge and experiences with your colleagues for collective learning. - Enjoy working alongside others. - Work in a structured manner, efficiently organizing your workday, managing documentation, and following up on statistics. - Have a holistic perspective in your work and the ability to understand how systems are interconnected and how they can be optimized. Meritorious - Experience as an operations technician, having worked with control and regulation technology and/or systems for energy measurement and monitoring.
