Responsible for Team Activities – Kryast i Sverige AB, Växjö Kryast aims to make a difference for people, organizations, and society. About the Role We are now looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for and develop our business area of Team Activities. You will work closely with the CEO and have significant scope to influence and develop concepts, structure, and results. Evening work may occur, while weekend work is only occasional. Your Main Responsibilities: • Receive incoming inquiries and listen to customer needs. • Establish and nurture collaborations with conference facilities and partners. • Coordinate and ensure deliveries – from staffing to scripts and materials. • Conduct activities yourself when assignments require specific expertise. • Recruit, introduce, and lead subcontractors who execute activities for clients. • Work with administration such as invoicing, material responsibility, and follow-up. • Drive the development of existing and new concepts – from idea to finished delivery. • Plan, structure, and follow up on the operational work in the business area. Who Are You? You thrive in an environment with both structure and creativity and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. You are self-driven, comfortable in social settings, and have a natural ability to create trust and energy within groups. To succeed in this role, you have: • The ability to structure, lead, and plan multiple parallel assignments. • Confidence in speaking to groups and building relationships. • The ability to quickly adapt and solve situations on short notice. • Strategic thinking and experience working towards clear goals. • Good administrative skills and clear communication – both verbal and written. • A valid driver's license and access to your own car. We would also like you to have: • Project management skills and attentiveness. • The ability to sell through relationships. • Flexibility in terms of time, place, and problem-solving. • Experience with conferences, events, or group activities, as well as an understanding of Kryast’s other concepts such as leadership development, team development, and work environment.
