As a sales-focused store manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales forward. You'll be responsible for the store's daily operations, leading the team towards set goals – and at the same time, be at the forefront on the sales floor. You're passionate about selling, coaching your team, and creating a world-class customer experience!
We're seeking candidates who:
• Have previous experience as a store manager, team leader, or similar role, preferably in retail or service
• Are a top seller who delivers sales, service, and results
• Are skilled at customer interactions and want to provide our customers with an extraordinary experience
• Lead your team to success and achieve set goals
This is a full-time temporary position for 6 months with good possibilities for extension.
Start date in December or by arrangement.

The group's company in Finland consists of Kultajousi with 71 stores, as well as Westerback and Alexander Tillander with one store each.
