Your Responsibilities
In the role of Salesperson, you will work on creating new business opportunities and developing existing client relationships. You will independently drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to follow-up and long-term collaborations. This is a role where you combine a fast-paced approach to proactive sales with genuine relationship building, becoming a trusted partner to your clients. You will plan and structure your own daily activities, but you will always have an engaged team at the office sharing experiences, energy, and successes. Together, you will work towards common goals and support each other to achieve the best possible results.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where initiative, determination, and relationship building are keys to success. You are motivated by making connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions that make a difference. You are comfortable working independently but also appreciate being part of a team where collaboration and the exchange of ideas are a natural part of everyday life. Previous experience in proactive sales is an advantage. You need to have a valid driver's license (Category B) and be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
