JOB DESCRIPTION
Your mission is to provide care, service, and support to our tenants based on their individual needs and circumstances. Your tasks will include, for example:
• Assistance with mobility and personal hygiene
• Various service interventions
• Medical and rehabilitative tasks as delegated
• Documentation
• Activities to promote health and good social interaction.

Professional Development

Star Rated is a training model developed by the Swedish Dementia Centre that focuses on person-centered work. You will have the opportunity to participate in this training and be part of the ongoing development of person-centered care.

Requirements
• Proof of a protected professional title or approved grades/diplomas from healthcare and social care training, or that you have held a permanent position as a nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms.
• Documentation skills and general computer skills.
• We also appreciate experience working with individuals with dementia and experience with BPSD.
