We are looking for you who want to work as an hourly temporary employee and who can cover shifts during holidays, such as summer or winter. For those who show commitment and do a good job, there may also be opportunities for a more extensive position in the long term.
The client is a happy and social 13-year-old boy, and we are seeking driven assistants who can help him get the most and best out of his days. He enjoys mischief and fun and is happy when the people around him are engaged and can take the initiative to do activities. Some days, you as an assistant will accompany him to school and short-term care.
The client fundamentally has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair with all nutrition intake via tube. He needs help with all aspects of daily living. He lives at home with his family and enjoys spending time with them, so it is a requirement that you as an assistant function well in social contexts, as the family likes to socialize with friends and occasionally goes to events. It is very important that you as an assistant to this boy are responsible and thorough. We hope you have previous experience working in someone else's home. Being talkative and quick to laugh are also qualities we appreciate. A good work environment with ample space for lifting and transfers and clear routines is provided.
The schedule is arranged for day, evening, awake night, and weekend shifts, so it is important that you as a person are flexible. Since the client lives in Sundbyholm, a car and driver's license are required to get to and from work. Please indicate the times of day that suit you best.
You who are applying are between 25-50 years old; gender is irrelevant. We would like you to have experience with epilepsy and have worked in healthcare. Mucus suction, oxygen, and C-PAP are also present in the workplace. Due to extensive routines around the client, documentation, and medication management, you need to be fully proficient in the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing.

• You must be a non-smoker.
