We are seeking individuals who want to work extra as part-time employees during the spring, with the possibility of continuing full-time during the summer. To be considered for the position, you need to be available throughout the summer and work according to a schedule, including some evenings and every other weekend.

As a recycling worker, you will contribute to creating a positive customer experience and a well-functioning flow at the facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and assisting customers at the recycling center with proper waste sorting.
- Keeping the facility organized, ensuring containers are in good condition, and placing orders for material collection.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Contributing ideas to improve routines and increase reuse and recycling.
You will be stationed at Norremark in Växjö.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- Have a high school education and an interest in the environment and sustainability.
- Hold a valid B driver's license and have access to a car (requirement).
- Enjoy a role with significant customer interaction and are willing to take responsibility.
- Have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Are service-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working both in a team and independently.
Preferred qualifications: Wheel loader certification and ADR training (at least 1.3).
