We Are Hiring a Welder!

Job Responsibilities We are now seeking Welders for our client company located just outside Varberg! The work involves welding according to drawings, assembly, cutting, grinding, and riveting. Additional workshop tasks, blueprint reading, and quality control to meet the client company's standards are also part of the responsibilities. You will perform the work according to high quality and environmental standards, working on a varied job manufacturing customer-specific products. Working hours are during daytime, Monday-Friday. Background and Personal Qualities You have a fundamental education in welding, workshop, vehicle, or industrial fields, and a strong interest in technology. We prefer candidates who have previously worked in a workshop or as a welder and have knowledge of different materials. Additionally, you should have experience in blueprint reading, good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, and technical and practical skills. Desirable qualifications include a driver's license, forklift certification, overhead crane certification, hot work certification, and/or safe lifting certification. As a person, you enjoy working at a high pace with varied tasks. It is important that you can work independently and as part of a team. You like taking significant responsibility when high demands for quality, finish, and precision are required. You are focused and engaged, and see it as a given to meet deadlines and respect time commitments. You have no problem taking instructions and understand the importance of being attentive and focused. Furthermore, we seek someone with good physical condition who enjoys physical work.
