We are currently seeking a sales-oriented stylist for our upcoming, brand new salon inside Sickla Centrum, opening before the end of the year. No prior beauty experience is required - we will train you from scratch. The most important thing is that you have passion for beauty, service, sales, and development.
Your Role with Us
As a stylist, you are a crucial part of the team and salon. You will meet customers daily, deliver treatments with top-tier service, and drive sales forward. You are a helping hand for your colleagues in the salon, just as they are to you, and collaboration is of the highest quality. We work with value-added service and sales that help the customer from the moment they sit down until they are caring for their results at home!
Your Tasks
• Perform world-class lash and brow treatments
• Sell and guide customers through the Rapide Cosmetics product range
• Contribute to an exceptional customer experience every day
• Ensure hygiene, structure, and Rapide policies are followed

Education and Development
All our new employees attend Rapide Academy - a 4-day foundational training in treatments, products, and service held in Stockholm by our Education Manager. Here, you'll learn everything you need to succeed with us.
About the Position
• Employment rate: 20-30%
• Probation period: 6 months (with potential for permanent employment)
• Start: Immediate
