Our client is an international and exciting company in the automotive and leasing industry that offers operational full-service leasing to businesses. With one of the world's most recognized and largest banks as its owner, the company employs over 7,000 staff and operates globally. The Sweden office is located in Danderyd near Mörby Centrum, and the renovated premises include a restaurant, gym, and padel court. We are looking for someone who can start the assignment in January and work part-time approximately 1-2 days a week. During the summer, you will also be offered the opportunity to work more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will work with:
* Fuel card management related to orders and payments.
* Coding invoices.
* Handling discrepancies.
* Administration related to orders and payments.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying for a post-secondary education and has at least 1.5 years left of studies (preferably in economics)
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has some previous experience in administrative work, preferably within finance
It is advantageous if you have
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
