We seek individuals who want to be part of and contribute to developing the team alongside colleagues and the unit manager. Currently, we are in a process of building up the team, where there are great opportunities to influence the operations and develop professionally. Your main responsibilities will involve supporting our users in their daily lives, focusing on managing and preventing challenging situations and behaviors. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time.
