Working at Mondi also means having significant influence and becoming an important team member! In the role of Shift Team Forklift Driver, you will report to one of our Production Managers. Your Responsibilities: As a Shift Team Forklift Driver at Mondi, you will have a varied and flexible job driving a clamp truck and handling paper rolls between the loading area and production. You are responsible for ensuring transports are done correctly and at the right time, while also supporting production when needed, such as assisting machine operators. You will ensure safety routines are followed and personal protective equipment is used. You will check and maintain trucks and report any irregularities to the responsible person. You are responsible for ensuring your work complies with applicable workplace and safety regulations. Initially, the work format will be 3-shift, but may transition to other arrangements. Therefore, it is important that you are open to different shift forms. Your Profile: To succeed in the role, we believe you are a team player who is engaged, positive, and service-oriented. You appreciate a varied workday and are stimulated by problem-solving. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and contribute energy and helpfulness in daily work. You are flexible and enjoy being part of a changing environment where collaboration is central. You have high school education and/or experience in logistics and good computer skills. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Since you will have many different contact points, both internally and externally, it is important that you are an open person and easily collaborate with different people. We consider it meritorious if you have experience driving forklifts, especially clamp trucks. Forklift licenses A and B are required. We will place significant emphasis on your personal qualities.
