Does this description fit you?
We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy guiding and delegating care tasks to care assistants in health and medical duties and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.
In our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to enhance the quality of life for residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions regarding actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The operation has several palliative representatives, i.e., nursing assistants and nurses who have received in-depth knowledge about end-of-life care.
Since 2022, we have been Silvia certified, with renewed certification in 2025, which means that all employees have received basic knowledge about dementia according to the Silviahemmet care philosophy. Our goal and focus is the highest possible quality of life. The nurses have received further training to guide the care team in dementia issues, and if you join us, you will also have the opportunity to gain this knowledge.
The transition to Close Care means that an increasing number of specialized healthcare interventions are taking place in the facility. This provides you with a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
As a nurse at Attendo, you are significant, and your competence is highly valued. You are part of a team that works to empower individuals. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operation.
Our values are Care, Commitment, and Competence. Do you share them?
We warmly welcome your application!

Attendo is a secure employer that offers you good opportunities to take on more responsibility or to advance to new roles.
