The City Service Administration has an important and exciting mission to deliver, coordinate, and develop services for residents and departments in the City of Mölndal. The administration has approximately 550 employees and is organized into four operational areas: meals and cleaning, water and recycling, urban maintenance, and staff and customer services.
Water and Recycling is a joint operational area working towards a sustainable future with reduced consumption and waste, and clean water in both taps and waterways. We do this by developing, maintaining, and improving water treatment plants and pipeline networks. With an increased circular approach, we take care of and manage waste for both households and businesses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want an important job where you make a difference every day? We are now seeking waste management workers with a C driver's license who want to contribute to a sustainable city.
Your main tasks will consist of driving waste management and recycling vehicles. You will work with the collection of waste and recyclable materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• C driver's license
• Professional Competence Certificate/YKB
• Valid driver's card
• Experience driving heavy trucks
It is meritorious if you have:
• Previous work in waste management or similar
• Forklift, crane operator, and E license
• Good local knowledge
You are a positive and responsible person who enjoys physically active work. You are flexible and like working both independently and in a team. You have good Swedish language skills both verbally and in writing, and you are accustomed to using digital tools.
You will become an important part of the city's external face and will meet both customers and colleagues with a professional and service-oriented approach.
