Job Description
We are now seeking production workers for upcoming assignments at Estrella in Angered.
The tasks are within food production and therefore require attention to detail in areas such as hygiene, quality, and environment. The work will be varied but will primarily consist of machine operation, assistance, packaging, and in some cases heavy lifting.
This is a full-time position to be filled immediately.
We are looking for people for different shifts that may include 2-shift night work and weekend shifts. You should be able to work all of these times. From January 2026, all personnel will work according to a rotating 5-shift schedule.
You will be employed by NearYou and work at our client Estrella.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of previous experience in production, preferably in food or clean room environments.
As a person, you are punctual, responsible, and highly committed to your work. You are organized, have good collaborative skills, as well as the ability to work independently and be self-driven. It is important that you can handle a high pace and work to achieve the company's goals. This is a physically demanding job with occasional heavy lifting, so the position requires candidates to be in good physical condition.
If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in an environment where you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, you will enjoy this role. You have a good ability to see what needs to be done in your surroundings and are flexible. Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability. It is a requirement that you have previously worked in the food industry and have experience in production work.
You need to be able to work according to a rotating 5-shift schedule from January 2026. This means you will alternate between day, evening, night, and weekend shifts according to a rotating schedule.
Furthermore, it is required that you have a truck license A1-4 and B1.
