About the Role The Planning Manager works closely with the Operations Manager based on current objectives, strategies, and guidelines. An exciting position where you will work with daily planning and follow-up of home care and household services, and also work directly with our customers when needed. The role requires good operational understanding and daily work at a detailed level. You will work on continuous improvement, which briefly means performing work in a resource-optimized and efficient manner, from order to execution, with a customer focus. Key Responsibilities: • Staff scheduling, control, and follow-up • Coach and follow up on staff to achieve goals and create good workplace satisfaction • Work in various systems related to planning, key performance indicators, invoicing, and orders • Manage external and internal contacts • Participate in systematic quality and work environment efforts Qualifications: • Higher vocational education, such as service-oriented care and support planning • Coordinator with leadership responsibility or other relevant education/experience • Good computer skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish • Valid driver's license (B-category) Advantageous: • Previous work in home care or other service sectors in coordination or planning • Experience with IntraPhone planning system • Experience with Medvind scheduling system • Good knowledge of working time regulations Employment Terms Permanent position with 6-month probationary period.
