About the Role: Several assistance users in Luleå and the surrounding area are currently seeking new personal assistants! As a personal assistant with us, you will receive a thorough introductory training to help you feel confident in your role.
We believe you are a person who is reliable, pedagogical, and proactive. Experience in personal assistance or similar professions is meritorious, but personal chemistry is often the decisive factor. We are looking for assistants for both permanent positions and hourly employment, and we welcome both experienced and new professionals.
We are seeking someone who:
- Understands the concept of personal assistance
- Prioritizes the client's needs and wishes
- Enjoys working closely with another person and creating everyday security
Recruitment Process:
Your application will be visible to our clients and their personal supervisors. If selected, you will be contacted directly by the supervisor for an interview. Before starting work, you will receive paid introduction training to ensure you feel completely comfortable in your assignment.
