We are looking for a personal assistant for a man with double assistance day/evening/night.

Inspirera Assistans AB in Linköping is seeking Personal Assistants who want to join our Inspirera team. We are looking for assistants who are available to work extra as needed during the day/evening/night when our regular assistants are sick or need time off. This position is with our male client in his 30s residing in Mantorp. Immediate start. The client has a decision for double assistance around the clock. You will need to help the client with all aspects of his daily life, such as transfers using a lift, personal hygiene, and tube feeding. The client has a brain injury that prevents him from communicating verbally. All information regarding the client will be provided during the introduction. Profile of the applicant: * You must be 18 years or older. * We are looking for a calm, caring, and meticulous person. * You have experience working with individuals with disabilities. * You possess Mobile BankID to approve your timesheets. * You speak fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. You should be able to represent the client in all healthcare contacts and document in writing in Swedish. * You must be attentive since the client cannot communicate. * You must be flexible. * Experience with epilepsy is desirable. * You should be reliable and punctual. Job responsibilities include: * Assisting the client with all transfers using a lift. * Providing help and support with all daily living activities. * Tube feeding. * Supporting the client in planning their day and communicating on their behalf (such as activities, medical appointments, etc.). * The client is in a wheelchair and cannot communicate verbally.
