Do you want to help take advanced technology from development to production? We are now looking for a driven and structured individual for a technology company in Växjö that operates within a high-tech and safety-critical industry. The company has spent several years developing software and hardware-based products and is now entering a new phase – industrialization and the start of series production. In this role, you will be a key person in creating the conditions for efficient and quality-assured production. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both development and production teams in a company characterized by cutting-edge technology, precision, and long-term thinking. The assignment is planned to take place from December 2025 to March 2026. Your main responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that the industrialization process is in place ahead of production start. - Developing and improving documentation related to production, requirements, quality, and traceability. - Participating in the planning and follow-up of production. - Contributing to creating structure and working methods for long-term efficiency. We are looking for someone with experience in production, industrialization, or production-related development who thrives in a role where technology, structure, and quality intersect. You are accustomed to working methodically and have an eye for detail, while also considering the bigger picture and how processes can be improved.
