jem & fix is now seeking a driven Store Manager for our newly opened location in Svedala! 🧰About the Role: As a Store Manager at jem & fix, you have direct responsibility for the operation of your store. The role provides ample opportunity to utilize your strong business acumen to deliver excellent sales results together with your skilled colleagues. You are responsible for continuously planning, evaluating, and following up on the store's efforts to become the obvious choice for all home improvement enthusiasts. You will also manage staff scheduling, train employees, and set clear goals for your team. Additionally, you will work operationally with daily store management, which includes tasks such as ordering and receiving goods, unpacking deliveries, and leading and actively participating in sales and inventory work. Since the store is open seven days a week, day, evening, and weekend work is required. 👤Your Profile: You are a responsible and humble person passionate about excellent customer service. You have a positive attitude and strong commitment that you use to elevate both the store and your colleagues. Your goal is to ensure the store is attractive to both customers and employees. A prerequisite for success is being clear in your communication and leadership, and being goal and result-oriented. You have the desire to develop alongside the store and your colleagues. With your coaching leadership, you lead by example through active participation in all store tasks. You likely have several years of leadership and store management experience and feel confident and comfortable in this type of role. If you are also a skilled and dedicated home improvement enthusiast, that is a significant plus.
