We continue to grow, and on our journey forward, we need additional team members for our warehouse. At Jula's central warehouse in Skara, we are approximately 350 employees working with product supply for E-commerce and our 148 stores in Sweden, Norway, Poland, and Finland. We are now seeking someone who can work full-time this fall/winter.
What you do as a warehouse worker
As a warehouse employee, you are an important part of our logistics chain. Our mission is to supply our e-commerce customers and stores with products. The work primarily involves order picking using a picking truck. We use the Pick by Voice system, where picking instructions are provided via a headset indicating the storage location and quantity to be picked. Instructions are confirmed via microphone. The work may also include packaging and order handling for E-commerce, goods receiving, and operating a reach truck.
To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who:
• Is 18 years or older and speaks Swedish fluently
• Enjoys a high-paced environment and can handle a physically intensive workday
• Is driven to perform tasks in a structured and efficient manner
• Is self-motivated, stress-resistant, and always committed to doing a good job
• Contributes to a pleasant work environment together with colleagues
• Forklift license A-B and previous forklift experience is considered meritorious

Good to Know
We are currently seeking full-time employees starting in November, with employment until mid-December or year-end. This is a temporary position. Show your potential, and there's a good chance of returning for a longer employment in the spring.
As a warehouse worker, we have different shifts. Currently, we are seeking those who can work daytime, Monday to Friday, 7 AM-4 PM. We will also recruit a few for evening shifts, Monday to Thursday, 4 PM-midnight. Jula strives to be an equal opportunity workplace with dynamic groups.
