Your Role
We are currently seeking dedicated quality engineers who want to become part of our growing team in production quality. With us, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in practice and be a key player in ensuring the highest quality in our production.
As a quality engineer, you will coordinate, control, and plan quality assurance activities as well as drive quality issues in various forums.
The role carries significant responsibility and offers excellent opportunities to influence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement where the customer is at the center.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading and coordinating quality and improvement work in production
* Planning and conducting analyses such as FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses
* Ensuring product quality and being responsible for quality assurance methods and activities
* Driving deviation investigations according to 8D and ensuring corrective actions and follow-up
* Participating in quality audits of products and processes
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is analytical, solution-oriented, and meticulous in their work. You are unpretentious, thrive in change, and find it easy to collaborate with various stakeholders. You take responsibility and work systematically with a strong drive to deliver high quality. You communicate clearly and can explain complex quality issues in an engaging manner.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in quality
* At least two years of experience in the quality field
* Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
* A valid driver's license (B category)
Preferred experiences:
* Knowledge of quality systems and quality standards
* Experience with Lean, root cause analysis, and FMEA
* Experience with MSA and Gage R&R
* Six Sigma, Minitab, or SPC
