About the position
We are looking for passionate and communicative individuals with a completed high school education, fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you also speak other languages, that is a significant plus! The position is 80% and offers you the opportunity to grow within the company.
You must be available to start on December 1st, which is very soon! We also expect you to be available for work during the Christmas and New Year period (excluding public holidays), and no leave planned for the next 7 weeks.
Your main responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist our customers with their needs.
- Actively work on upselling and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Practical information:
Start: Immediately, November 14
Location: Eskilstuna
Scope: 80%
Probationary period: 6 months
Working hours:
During training, you will work weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00.
After training, working hours will be scheduled on weekdays between 07:45 and 19:15 and Saturdays from 08:45 to 15:15.
