About the Position As a customer service representative, you are a crucial contact for both individuals and businesses with questions about their shipments. We progress step by step, supported by experienced colleagues and present managers. Primary Responsibilities As a customer service representative, your task is to provide support and answer questions from individuals and businesses sending or receiving packages. You'll communicate via phone, email, and chat – with your ability to listen, solve problems, and create reassurance being the most important skills. You'll receive a proper introduction when you start and learn one area at a time. This gives you time to settle into the work and grow in your role at your own pace. We're looking for someone who: - Has a high school education. - Preferably has experience in service, customer contact, or administration. - Enjoys collaboration, is detail-oriented, and has a solution-focused approach. - Is comfortable with computers – even if you're not a technician. - Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good English skills.
