As a staffing chef with us, you will have the security of a permanent position while working at various restaurants and establishments. This means plenty of variety, development, and enjoyable work in kitchens that truly need you.
Our clients are in the restaurant, hotel, conference, catering, and school sectors, so having broad experience is a significant advantage.
How does the job work?
With us, you become part of our team, but you work on-site with our clients when they need an extra star in the kitchen. This could involve covering for illness, parental leave, or simply reinforcing a kitchen that needs more hands.
Sometimes you will work in different kitchens, and sometimes you will stay longer in the same place. You will have a rolling schedule and primarily work during the day.
We are looking for someone who...
* Has completed a 3-year culinary school program and has at least 2 years of work experience
* Is confident in the kitchen, enjoys teamwork, and spreads positive energy
* Is structured and solution-oriented
* Is skilled in traditional Swedish home cooking
* Has training in food hygiene
* Can speak and write Swedish fluently (important for recipes and instructions)
We are looking for both newcomers to the industry and experienced chefs. The most important thing is that you enjoy delivering great food and have the desire to develop.
