About the position
As a technician with our client, you can work in different areas related to production. The nature of the work varies depending on the role, but includes, among other things, streamlining pace and flow, optimizing operations concerning safety and work environment, as well as developing various processes.
Furthermore, you may work on driving feasibility studies as a basis for investment needs, capacity investigations, and modeling of the production process, as well as proposing improvements to develop the business.
In this role, you will work closely with production and maintain a close dialogue with the assemblers and technicians you collaborate with. The work is often project-based, and you will be part of various project groups; you will also conduct smaller projects independently.
Your workday will include, among other tasks:
• Implementing investment and improvement projects
• Developing production processes
• Creating work instructions
• Providing support for quality deviations
• Promoting good ergonomics in work processes
• Reducing lead times
• Optimizing operations based on safety and environmental considerations
The assignment is for a consulting position starting immediately. The location is Oskarshamn.
Qualifications
You who are applying have an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial economics. Experience from a production environment and a few years of work experience in the aforementioned tasks is an advantage.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English. You find it easy to navigate different systems and are an experienced user of the Office suite.
