Attendo Varvsvägen is a new elderly care facility in Masmo, Huddinge. The care home is located in a nature-close environment and has space for 79 apartments, divided across four floors.
This is a lifestyle living concept focused on Outdoor Living & Garden as well as Culture & Entertainment. Here we offer a beautiful and stimulating outdoor environment where residents can engage in gardening, exercise in the outdoor gym, or simply enjoy a walk in the area or have coffee in the garden.
Daily activities are offered with our dedicated activity coordinator in our "Life Space" and when weather permits, activities move outdoors to the garden.
Job Description
As a team leader, your primary task is to coach and work in care services together with your team. In the team leader role, you will provide hands-on leadership and support your team. You have personnel and planning responsibilities and will work together with 3-4 other team leaders, supported by the operations manager. You are part of the management team and report directly to the operations manager. Shifts include day, evening, weekend, and night work.
• Permanent full-time position (100%)
• Work hours during day/evening/weekend/night
• Start date is 2/1/2026 or by agreement
• (Driving license is required)

We are seeking a qualified nursing assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably with several years of elderly care experience. Previous leadership, coordination, or planning experience is meritorious. You should have the ability to lead others and possess leadership qualities. You should appreciate clarity and create participation. You have the ability to generate engagement and motivate your colleagues.
You should be independent but enjoy developing and finding new solutions together with colleagues. You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
You enjoy providing excellent service, creating positive relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person passionate about elderly care and capable of recognizing individual needs.
