Åbovägen is a special housing facility in Växjö with 44 places. We have accommodations for both individuals with dementia diagnoses and those with somatic illnesses. As a group manager, you will engage in close leadership and be part of the care team as well as the management group, with a portion of the role being administrative.
**Job Description**
As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work in the care activities alongside your team. In this role, you will provide present leadership and support your team. You will have personnel and planning responsibilities and will collaborate with 2-3 other group managers under the guidance of the operations manager. You will be part of the management group and report to the operations manager. The position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent professional experience, preferably with several years of experience in elderly care. Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning is an advantage. You should possess the ability to lead others and have leadership qualities. You should value clarity and foster participation. You have the ability to create engagement and are skilled at motivating your colleagues.
You should be independent but enjoy developing and finding new solutions together with colleagues. You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
