About this role

Welcome to a values-driven organization Åbovägen is a special accommodation facility in Växjö with 44 places. We have spaces for both individuals with dementia diagnoses and those with somatic illnesses. As a group manager, you will engage in close leadership, being part of both the care team and the management group, with a portion of the role being administrative. **Job Description** As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work alongside your team in the care activities. In this role, you will provide present leadership and support your team. You will have personnel and planning responsibilities and will collaborate with 2-3 other group managers under the guidance of the operations manager. You will be part of the management team and report to the operations manager. Working hours will include days, evenings, and weekends. - Permanent position, 100% - Working hours during days/evenings/weekends - Start date according to agreement Does this description fit you? Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning is advantageous. You should have the ability to lead others and possess leadership qualities. You should be independent but enjoy developing and finding new solutions together with colleagues. You are open to giving and receiving feedback.
