Job Description • Answer calls according to our policies, quickly assess users' needs, and provide advice or contact further assistance as circumstances require • Handle all incoming system calls according to established procedures • Night work and every other weekend shift Who Are You? You have genuine engagement with other people. As a person, you are considerate, reliable, and comfortable with routines. You possess self-leadership and are not afraid to take responsibility. We seek someone driven to make a difference for others and who is service-oriented. While being stress-resistant and accustomed to working at a high pace, you always maintain excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy structured work and can remain focused on the same task for extended periods. You are comfortable communicating by phone, experienced using computers in your work, and able to remain calm in acute situations. Preferably, you are a nursing assistant or have equivalent care experience.
