Attendo Tunagården is a senior living facility with 80 comfortable apartments located in Tunaslätten.
Attendo has entered into an agreement with Borlänge Municipality. Attendo operates Tunagården according to the agreement, with Borlänge Municipality as the principal.
We opened the doors to the newly renovated facility on September 1st of this year.
We are now looking for both hourly substitutes and have the opportunity to trial some individuals for positions that include scheduled work during the day, evening, and weekends with varying degrees of employment. We are seeking individuals who are driven to work with people and make a real difference for our clients every day. You have the ability to empower and support clients in all aspects of their daily lives.
As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with clients and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a positive and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.
**Job Description**
Experience in caregiving within elderly care, dementia care, and delegation is advantageous.
We are looking for you who have a nursing assistant education and experience in care work.
**Requirements**
- Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
- Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills/computer familiarity.
You enjoy providing excellent service, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can recognize individual needs. Having a leadership role is stimulating, and you enjoy guiding your colleagues in health and medical care issues.

**About the Recruitment Process**
