About the position We are looking for CNC operators with experience in machining. In this role, you will work in two shifts, setting up, monitoring, and operating CNC-controlled machines, such as lathes and milling machines. You will be responsible for manufacturing components according to drawings and quality requirements, as well as adjusting machine settings and monitoring production to ensure high precision and quality throughout the process. Your main responsibilities - Play a central role in production - Be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing CNC machines - Work to achieve the highest possible productivity and quality - Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions - Ensure that machine settings are correctly adjusted for each production order - Check tool wear and change tools as needed - Make necessary adjustments to ensure precision throughout the manufacturing process Who are you?
