We are seeking two committed and responsible team members for our client's team in Södertälje! Are you a practically-minded person with experience in property technology and service-oriented professions? Then this role might be perfect for you.
About the Position
As a property caretaker, you will have full responsibility for the daily management of approximately 400 apartments within your designated area. You will perform repairs, conduct rounds both in the properties and inside apartments, and welcome new tenants, ensuring they get a good start in their living environment.
The role also includes contact with external contractors and various company functions. You will work independently and plan your work in a structured manner.
Practical Information:
Start: Immediately
Location: Södertälje (advantage if you have access to a personal vehicle)
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:15, Friday 07:00–15:15
Position runs until year-end with potential extension afterward.
You must be able to work all weekdays during the Christmas and New Year period.
You will be based out of one of the operational offices in Brunnsäng, Lina Hage, and Hovsjö.
Who Are You?
We are seeking candidates who have:
- High school education
- Basic IT skills
- Driver's license (B-class)
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Experience and knowledge in property technology (heating, ventilation)
- Experience with repairs in plumbing, carpentry, ventilation, and locksmith work
- Experience in service-oriented profession with daily customer contacts
We believe you are:
A service-minded and solution-oriented person who enjoys varied tasks and daily human interaction. You don't need to speak perfect Swedish, but it's important that you can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure smooth communication with colleagues and tenants.
Having a personal vehicle is advantageous, as bus connections to our district offices may be limited.
